First aluplast uPVC Window/ Door Fabrication Training at aluplast India Private Ltd

The program’s schedule had its participants arrive in the evening of May 23rd at the prearranged accommodation. In the next morning, the activities started with a theory day. At first, the company aluplast was introduced to the trainees and a tour of the extrusion plant was taken. Subsequently the theory of uPVC window/ door manufacturing was taken up. The do’s and don’ts and frequently asked questions were gone over. Finally an overview of the tools for uPVC window manufacturing was given.
On the next day, a manufacturing day, the cutting of profiles, welding of profiles, corner cleaning, routing, end milling, assembling and briefly also the installation of uPVC window and doors was practiced in aluplast’s uPVC windows/ doors training center using our European machinery.

Finally, on the last day the manufacturing of uPVC windows/ doors was concluded. A test was taken by all trainees, covering the contents of the training. A training certificate valid for 12 months and a thank you gift containing an aluplast t-shirt and cap and a branded measuring tape was given.

The training was taken by ten members of our window fabrication partners team’s. For the event, aluplast provided train station/ airport pick up/ drop, accommodation for three nights, meals, the conference participation and all activities as per the program.

The second training took place from 5th to 7th July 2016.

For this training, again an expert from Germany flew in. The training followed a similar structure as the previous one. However, this time especially the fabrication of high-end systems such as Tilt & Slide and Lilt & Slide was practiced.

The next training will be taking place on 10th August 2016 in New Delhi. This time it will be on Sales and Marketing.
